Time to break a myth -
H1N1 (swine strain) was not invented in March.
Fact is:
It evolved by recombination of various other Influenza A viruses (H5N1, other H1N1), by gene swap and other recombinations. The spanish flu virus was also H1N1 ( and it killed 50 million in 1918-19), the swine flu strain is less virulent in its March-May form. Which strain is infecting us now? The Govt. is simply not telling US.

Myth:This is the mildest of all flu and H1N1 is first found in 2009.
Fact is:
In July,2005 at Pandharpur, Maharastra (Strangely near Pune) five H1N1 cases were found (Test : Uncultured throat swab and Nasal swab) by National Institute of Virology researchers. Strangely their opinion is not aired this time around.
