upto my knowledge & experience i saw companies, which take good looking people when two people got same amount of talent in an interview...also this one reported in vijay tv aug 09 2009 neeya naana episode, so their are people who r affected by this in the companies...why this thing exist?
also one global survey tells that all around the world this is the trend in most of the companies...so when this wil change? cant people who got talent but not good looking, fair,etc cant get job or promotion?...
i dono y v r not ashamed f this...v can change this oly wen v raise our voice against this?so please do join hands to change this in our society atleast...
